When we give you a free replacement we do not hit you with a whopping bill for installing it.  At SMPHC "free" means free, whether for a free lifetime heat exchange on your furnace, a free 10-year air conditioner compressor, a 15-year guarantee on leaking shower, a 7-year disposer or a 5-year guarantee on parts in your Lennox Furnace or air conditioner.  As long as your own the house, any equipment furnished free by the quality factories we represent will be installed by us at no charge for either labor or   parts

Service on Saturday and Sunday

Our mechanics stand rotating watches.  At any given time, one mechanic knows that he is on duty.  If you have any emergency and phone us, he goes.  Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, including Christmas. Easter, Fourth of July and all night long.  Saturday during the day there is NO overtime charge!

Service at Night

If you need emergency service at night, you'll have it.  Our phone rings right into my house at night and one weekends and holidays.  No conversation with a disinterested answering service here.

Ever wonder why all our trucks ar so big?  Our radio dispatched trucks have a better stock of repair parts than anyone in town.  Every January 17th, on Thomas Crapper day we challenge 

our competitors to show us their truck which is stocked as well as ours.  The reward is $1000 cash...  for 1 hour's work.  No one has ever tried to win the thousand dollars... They know who has the best

stock.  More parts on the truck means most problems are solved in one trip and with less expense.  Fewer trips to a supply house for parts or return trip at additional cost and time.
